In view of the severe situation of epidemic prevention and control, the party branch of Inner Mongolia Xinhe Resources Investment Group actively responded to the call of the party committee and the government, established an epidemic prevention and control group with Li Kui, the secretary of the party branch of the group, as the chief commander, and held an epidemic prevention and control meeting, Detailed arrangements and deployments have been made for the overall epidemic prevention and control of the group. After the meeting, the heads of various departments and subsidiaries of the group, under the overall deployment of the epidemic prevention and control work group, quickly implemented prevention and control measures, and carried out work from the following aspects:

1、 Personnel risk investigation

With each department and branch (subsidiary) company as the unit, the risk screening work of closed management personnel was carried out rapidly for personnel who had lived in medium and high risk areas within 14 days, who overlapped with the confirmed (suspected) case itinerary in time and space, and the community where they w💯ere located. All perꦍsonnel were required to submit COVID-19 health code, itinerary, nucleic acid results, close contact, and screenshots of five major information queries on epidemic level within 24 hours to ensure information mapping, summary Scientific and effective analysis and judgment work.

2、 Company personnel control

All employees of the company are required🌺 to adhere to the principle of not going out unless necessary, and not going to medium or high-risk areas in principle. Employees who do need to leave the local area (including those within the league city and the county) must report to the department head and the✅ department head for approval.

Due to the unique nature of their work, frontline procurement employees of the company are in a highly mobile work environment and need to continuously cooperate with the local government for nucleic acid testing. 3、 External personnel control

All visitors to the company from areas outside of Ordos city must hold a health code or itinerary code, as well as a negative nucleic acid test result within 48 hours, in order to enter the company's office area. For visitors who visit the company's office area, the administrative management center will do a unified job of information registration, scan the code on site to check health information, measure body temperature, and register them.

4、 Logistics support

（1） Epidemic prevention materials

After the resumption of work due to the outbreak of the epidemic in 2020, the company leaders arranged for prevention and control work in advance, timely purchased epidemic prevention materials, and made good preparations for the reserve of epidemic prevention and control materials, providing a reliable foundation for epidemic prevention and control. At present, epidemic prevention materials such as gloves, masks, alcohol disinfectant, 84 disinfectant, and medical infrared thermometer are complete. All emerg🦩ency vehicles, communication equipment, and testing equipment of the company should be in a standby state at all times, ensuring emergency response and use at all times.

（2） Service guarantee

The Administrative Management Center is respons🦹ible for the daily ventilation, cleaning, and disinfection of key public places such as meeting rooms, elevators, bathrooms, and corridors.

5、 Other

During the epidemic, various departments and subsidiar𓃲ies implemented a 24-hour duty system, closely followed government epidemic announcements, strictly implemented relevant requirements at all levels, and dynamically adjusted prevention and control measures ﷽by various epidemic prevention and control leadership groups.
